I’ve lived at Brighton Garden Oaks for the past year and a half, and I have to say that Gabby has been one of the biggest reasons my experience here has been so great. From day one, she has been incredibly helpful, always approachable, and consistently willing to go the extra mile. Anytime I’ve needed something whether it was a question, a maintenance concern, or just general support Gabby has handled it quickly, professionally, and with genuine kindness. She never makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Instead, she goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel heard and taken care of. Her attitude, communication, and dedication truly make a difference. It’s rare to find someone who cares this much about the people who live here, and I really appreciate everything she’s done for me during my time at Brighton Garden Oaks. Modera Garden Oaks is such a beautiful place to live! The aesthetics and amenities are top-notch, and it’s hard not to fall in love with the modern design and thoughtful touches throughout the property. It’s clear a lot of effort went into making the apartments feel luxurious and welcoming. That said, for a property that’s less than a year old, there are some major concerns that really take away from the experience. Safety is a big issue—there have been too many instances of tires being stolen in the parking garages. Just yesterday, someone had their front tire stolen on the top floor of guest parking. Management says there are security patrols, but it doesn’t feel like they’re making a difference if this keeps happening. On top of that, the cleanliness of the property could use some attention. A lot of residents don’t clean up after their dogs, and it’s really noticeable. It’s such a shame because this place has so much potential to be amazing. If management can address the safety issues and encourage better upkeep of the property, it would make such a difference for everyone living here.
