Very nice community to be a part of! I just moved in here in February of 2021 and love the friendship among the people who live here too. It is for 55 plus and older. The younger ones help the older tenants who live here too! It is like one big happy family! They have just started back having monthly activities but wear mask and observed distancing yourself.

So thankful for this community and Mary Jewel. She has gone above and beyond for my mom, a resident, and was there when my grandmother passed away while living in the community. Mary Jewel has the best care for all residents and truly cares for her property. The property is very nice, quiet, and well maintained! You can't beat the activities every month put together for all residents.

Best apartment ever! Its a senior community so most tenants are 55 and over. Very safe and quiet. Cheaper than most other apartments around. Maintenance response is very fast. The Manager, Ms Mary Jewel Drinkard is courteous, friendly, and attentive. Perfect location. Its close to everything. There is even a park right next to it. I have been living here for 4 years+ and very satisfied. I am one of the few young tenants here and I love it. My neighbors are friendly and always wave when i pass by. Parking is a bit tight but there are plenty of unmarked space next to the fence. The apartment is old but very well kept. Appliances, fixtures, lights, faucets are quite old but clean and work well. The AC is really old so it doesn't cool well during summer. If you get an upstairs unit like mine, it will be hot. Sometimes the inside gets to 80°F with the AC run on max. That's the only complaint I have. oh, did i mention a beautiful pool?
