I had a super difficult experience in trying to get an apartment here because of my own circumstances and Haven was with me every step of the way. Haven made the process so smooth and manageable. He was the kindest leasing agent I could have had help me through my journey and was incredibly transparent about everything from internet and electricity costs to the people. If you're looking to live here, the property is wonderful and the community here is just as wonderful.

The Park South property management team and leasing agents have been incredible to work with. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community. They communicate clearly, follow through on what they say, and handle questions or requests quickly. You can tell they take pride in the property and in making people feel welcome. Really grateful for all they do to keep Park South running smoothly and feeling like home!

I’ve been living at The Park South in South Austin for 3 months now, and it’s been such a positive experience! From day one, Sage (the leasing agent) made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. She really went above and beyond to answer my questions and make me feel at home. The front desk staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful, and the management team does a great job hosting community events that make it easy to connect with neighbors. I’ve met so many great people here, and it truly feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to live at The Park South and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live in South Austin!
