Pearl At The Mix

I had an amazing experience at Pearl at the Mix thanks to Raven. She provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced—truly exceptional. Raven assisted me with every question I had and did so with such professionalism, patience, and a consistently positive attitude. It was such a pleasure meeting her, and she made the entire process feel welcoming and stress-free. Because of her, I will definitely be leasing here this summer once I move to Houston. Thank you, Raven, for going above and beyond!

Honestly this place could be really great but the biggest problem is that two extremely loud and obnoxious clubs have opened up literally one block over from the building and they play super loud music 4-5 nights of the week. I’m not exaggerating you will not be able to sleep it is SO loud. The building must also just have crummy insulation because it does nothing to block out the sound. I’ve complained to management several times but they don’t really do anything about it. You’re somewhat powerless as a resident to tell a business to be considerate of the residential building right next door so I was hoping management would take the necessary steps to elevate this to corporate or a municipal level so some regulations could be implemented but I’ve given up on that. I just blast white noise at night try my best to sleep. I wish I could break my lease and leave because I 100% would but I doubt management would accommodate me. Honestly just hoping to ride out my lease and move out in a few months. If your unit faces Milam street - I’m sorry but you’re gonna have a terrible time.
