Pearl Midtown

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The studio floor plan is one of the best I’ve seen. Perfect for anyone who loves a modern, open layout. The appliances are all up to date, and any time I’ve needed something fixed, the staff has responded quickly and professionally. The gym is always clean, which I really appreciate, and the community events are a nice touch. They recently hosted a yoga class and a breakfast event, which made the place feel even more welcoming. Overall, it’s been a great living experience.

Coming up on a year here at the Hopkins! The complex was bought by a different company a bit ago and the new staff have been hard at work with updates. The maintenance staff is largely quick and responsive, the office people are super helpful! The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the elevators seem to take turns being out of order but that was the case under the previous owners as well.

I’ve been here over a year and really like the location of it. I actually have appreciated the changes new management has made- they repainted, keep things clean and have been super responsible with maintenance requests. I took off one star just bc the elevator is down often, but I know they’re working on fixing it. -apt 520
