Very low security building subject to a lot of package thefts and car break ins, management refuses to put adequate cameras or do anything about it. Thin walls with relentless dog barking at all hours which the management also refuses to do anything about. Overall not nearly worth the high rent prices and the train horn is blaring 24/7. EDIT: Pressler replied to my review saying they’ve reached out to address these issues, which is absolutely not true! They refused to uphold their end of the lease contract by providing the peace and quiet that the state of Texas gives as a RIGHT to the renters. Yet despite this I am still being forced to pay early termination fees

This place is in a really good location in tarrytown and the unit itself is decent. But the appliances just don't work. AC has completely broken 2x and was not working for 6 months (not getting as cold as the temperature we were setting, this ended up dramatically our energy bills because the apartment wasn't cooling down despite us setting the thermostat lower) shower has completely lost hot water 3x, washing machine broke 1x all in about a year. I am running out of patience, AC breaking several times in peak summer is unacceptable. Apartment also had leaks from the ceiling - yet another thing that doesn't work here. It is starting to feel like something in the unit breaks down every damn month. I do not recommend this place at this point, your energy bill will thank you for not living here. I feel like I have lost 30% on energy just by living here instead of literally any half decent apartment.

Can’t beat the location- close to great restaurants, the trail, and easy access to Mopac. A great community, a super responsive front office, and a very professional (and fast) maintenance team. Katelyn and Corbin in the main office are always pleasant, helpful, and understanding. Really makes living here a excellent experience-Thank you!
