Be aware of all of those Reviews and don't fall for them like i did! The buildings Full of Cockroaches ! I used to live on 12 floor and still Get them ! The office will walk with you and give you all detailes and features about their comples but they dont let you aware you might EXPERIMENT Cockroaches out side and inside your apartment! They want you to Sign the lease and than you have to deal with it. And I don't mention that you will smell from time to time (WEED) smell in the Hallway and if you want to enjoy the Balcony View you Might get Wind of WEED smell in you noise . So if you ok with Cockroaches around you and you like weed smell ..than absolutely this Complext for you!!!.

I strongly recommend avoiding Resia Ten Oaks Apartments. We submitted an application weeks ago and experienced constant delays, lack of communication, and broken promises from the leasing staff. Calls and messages go unanswered, and when they do respond, they promise to follow up and never do. The property manager, Javon, repeatedly assured us things were moving forward. After weeks of waiting, we drove from another state to the office only to be told that our application had barely just been submitted to corporate despite weeks of prior conversations. He then promised to update us by Friday no call, no message. When we went back in person again, we were told there was an issue with our application and were asked to resubmit it, which we did immediately. We are still waiting with no update. Riley also repeatedly told us she would get back to us and never once followed through. At no point did anyone proactively contact us every update required us chasing them down. Beyond leasing issues, the property itself raises concerns: • The front gate is constantly open because it’s broken • The front side gate door of the apartment complex has been broken and unrepaired for a long time • Overall management appears disorganized and unprofessional Given the time wasted, travel from another state, repeated resubmissions, and total lack of communication, we now expect compensation for the inconvenience caused by this mismanagement. There are many better apartment communities in this area with responsive staff and proper maintenance. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Andreina was awesome during my application process, she made me feel like home, the entire process was super fast, smooth, and we love the amazing amenities, the pool, the gym, the club house, and the dog park. We love Resia apartments. 🥰🥰🥰
