I am not a resident but I wanted to leave a review for Ximena. I toured here with her and she was exceptional. She’s the type of leasing agent that makes you want to sign right then and there. She was thorough, personable, & kind. She was working alone this day & I didn’t feel rushed. She even took the time to show me extra units that aligned with my preferences. I ended up choosing a different property due to a better LNL but if you’re thinking of touring this one I’d highly recommend requesting her !

I had a great experience when touring this place! Using the self guided tour was very easy to follow. Amenities are great, the downtown view is beautiful to watch, overall a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shopping 10/10.

I received a tour by Ximena and she was truly the best. She took the time to go over all of our options and even walk us through the available units that fit our needs and price point. She was friendly and wonderful to work with.
