Riverview

Berkshire Riverview is the best place to live in downtown Austin. It’s the best location, the best community, and the front office are all rock stars. Shoutout Thalia. Shoutout Jen (IT Dept). Apartments are condo spec which is really important when it comes to not hearing your neighbors and working from home. The price point is unmatched for the apartment quality, as well. Free coffee, comfortable lobby to hangout in, and a group called Apartment Life that puts on events for the tenants to get to know each other. I’ve made some of my friends in this complex. I just renewed my lease and I’m genuinely excited for another 365 days of living in this magical place.

We have lived here almost exactly a year and absolutely love it. The apartments are comfortable and well appointed with beautiful floors, cabinets etc. We have a beautiful view of Austin. The neighbors we have met make it feel like a real community. There are always activities for people to meet and pets are allowed. There is plenty of dog friendly space to play. I look forward to staying here as long as we need.

Living at Berkshire Riverview was a great experience. The building has a really nice gym and the direct access to the Lady Bird Lake trail is unbeatable if you enjoy walking, running, or biking. On top of that, the community always felt clean and well taken care of. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Jen in the leasing office. She was there for me through my entire time here from move-in to move-out and always went out of her way to help. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made everything so much easier. If you’re considering moving here, know that you’ll not only enjoy the amenities but also have a team that genuinely cares.
