I called The SEVEN home for five wonderful years, and honestly, I would still be there if we hadn’t had to move. Out of more than 20 years of apartment living, it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. The location couldn’t be better—you’re in the heart of downtown, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. I even sold my car because I could walk everywhere. On the rare occasion we needed to go farther, a quick Lyft did the trick. The real magic, though, is the people. The staff—Dana, Nariyah, and Patrick in particular—are incredible. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. They truly care about the residents, and that made all the difference. A few tips from someone who loved living there: 1) If you’re worried about downtown noise, go for a west-facing apartment. You’ll get peace and quiet and a beautiful view. Plus, with all the historic homes nearby, your view will stay unobstructed. 2) If you can snag an 06 unit, do it. It’s easily the best one-bedroom layout—spacious, filled with the most cabinet space, and great for two people. 3) Consider ditching your car. Between groceries, gyms, bars, and restaurants, everything’s walkable. It’s freeing, and you’ll save a ton every month. 4) Get out and explore. One of the best things of living here is having downtown at your doorstep—make the most of it. 5) Meet your neighbors. The community is friendly and welcoming, and it’s easy to make connections. 6) Full transparency—there are plenty of tech bros and Republicans in the mix. If that’s not your crowd, it’s no problem; it’s easy to find your own people here. 7) The pool is a hidden gem. It’s the only shaded pool in West Downtown, and there’s a lounge area with couches and TVs that’s great for relaxing. If you’re considering The SEVEN, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

I haven't moved in yet but my initial Site Tour of the property was excellent! Dana was knowledgeable and friendly and very patient, as I ask lots of questions. I love the unit that I selected, look forward to meeting my fellow residents and enjoying SEVEN's amenities. It's less than two weeks before my move-in and I can't wait!

Dana in the leasing office has made my experience with this property one of the most pleasant I’ve ever had; anywhere! She’s consistently kind, soft-spoken, and goes above and beyond to get things done while making you feel truly heard and welcome. Her positive energy and professionalism shine through every interaction. During a particularly stressful time in my life, Dana turned what could have been a chaotic/stressful move into a smooth and reassuring process. She was accommodating, patient, and genuinely caring. People like her set the standard for what great service and compassion look like. I wish more workplaces had someone like Dana—she’s truly exemplary. I’m so happy to call Seven home now.
