SoDo On Main South Tower

Honestly, I was very surprised reading some of the negative reviews here, because my experience has been completely different. I’m not sure why people are giving low ratings without clear reasons. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request, the team responded quickly and fixed everything properly. That alone makes a big difference. The elevators are fast and reliable, which is something you really appreciate in daily life. And the view is actually beautiful especially compared to other places in the area. Overall, SoDo on Main has been a comfortable and pleasant place to live. From cleanliness to maintenance and amenities, my experience has been positive, and I genuinely don’t understand the overly negative reviews.

Living at SoDo on Main has been a great experience overall. The building is well maintained, and the community feels welcoming. Gina and Valentin have both been incredibly helpful throughout my time here they’ve gone above and beyond to make things smooth and easy, whether it’s answering questions or helping with any issues that come up. We love it! The views are breathtaking, located in the heart of Houston, the staff is amazing and the neighbors are wonderful! Concierge makes your days/nights better and we have 24/7 snacks and coffee!! There is no place like Sodo! 👠
