I had the pleasure of working with Ismael Vence, who was staff for Solaris House. From start to finish, he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and integrity. He was responsive, communicative, and made every effort to ensure the process moved forward smoothly for my client and his relocation to Austin. The apartment was beautiful and I will gladly encourage others to make this their next home.

Solaris Uptown Austin is truly luxury living at its finest. The location couldn’t be better — right in The Domain, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The community amenities are top-notch, from the beautiful pool and modern fitness center to the resident events that make it easy to meet neighbors and feel at home. What really sets Solaris apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure residents are taken care of. A special shoutout to Kylee — she’s absolutely amazing! Always professional, kind, and genuinely cares about the residents’ experience. She makes living here even better. If you’re looking for upscale, comfortable, and community-driven living in Austin, Solaris Uptown is the perfect place to call home.

The Solaris House is beautifully and strategically located in the Domain. If driving by it everyday doesn’t already capture your attention…… Try walking in and asking for a tour. WHERE DO I START! ISMAEL greets you at the door and makes you feel like you are welcome and as if it’s already your new home. Before the tour, check in was introduced along w/ a menu of a variety of drinks to choose from…. Ismael’s great knowledge of this luxurious building will not only blow your mind but will impale you to want to know more. “ LITERALLY WHATS BEHIND THIS DOOR?!?!?” Everything down from the parking, spacious apartments layouts, and well-thought-out community amenities…. Is literally a dream 💭. Well done to the designer!!! And an extra hand clap for Ismael and his “better self” for even being able to capture the magnitude of this place in words!!! Thank you for such an amazing experience….. not a tour.
