The Albright

Office staff is rude! Came for a visit today because I’m looking to lease and girl at the front desk with curly hair didn’t even acknowledge me. The leading manger I believe was there as well the pregnant looking one and reinforced why I will not lease an apartment here. For a greystar community this make me very sad. But makes sense why there is such a low occupancy at the Albright. Update: There common areas are worst than a jail Cell. No wonder they have rats. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is what you get to look at when you look and lease!!! My experience with The Albright was nothing short of alarming. I toured the property myself, yet when I followed up, the office conveniently "had no record" of my visit. Whether this was disorganization or a convenient excuse, it immediately set off red flags. From there, things only went downhill. In my personal experience, the management team-especially Kelsey, and Adriana who resides on-site-created an atmosphere that felt intrusive, intimidating, and unwelcoming. Their interactions with me and my guests came across as hyper-controlling and unprofessional, to the point where I left feeling monitored rather than helped. It was the kind of behavior that makes you question how they treat residents once they've already signed a lease. But the biggest shock came when I noticed signs of what appeared to me to be a rodent problem-something no one bothered to mention during the tour. The idea that a prospective resident could walk straight into a pest issue without being warned is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. A place that can't manage transparency or basic sanitation is not a place I'd trust with a yearlong lease. If you're thinking about moving to The Albright, proceed with extreme caution. Document everything. Ask the uncomfortable questions. And pay attention to what management doesn't say. My own experience was enough to send me straight in the opposite direction, and I hope others avoid the same frustration.

I love the Albright!!! I have been living here for about 9 months, and I truly have no complaints whatsoever. The front desk staff have been amazing since day one, even when I was just touring. Adrianna gave me the best tour out of all the apartment tours I did when I was searching for my new home. Since living here, the front desk staff and Kelsey especially have treated my dog like their own, with so much love and excitement to see him. I've only ever needed maintenance to come one time for an issue in my apartment, but they came within 24 hours and it was no hassle. This place is fantastic! I hope to stay as long as possible.

The Albright in Austin is such a gem! From the moment you walk in, the vibe is just outstanding — I absolutely love the unique 70’s Beatles-inspired atmosphere. It’s got such a cool, retro energy, and the pinball machines are to die for! 🎸 Kelsey, the Community Manager, is incredible — always welcoming and on top of everything. Adriana is so friendly and helpful, and Maddy, the new Leasing Professional, is already doing an amazing job making everyone feel right at home. The whole team really makes this place special. Highly recommend checking it out!
