Hi Arnold Team, I’ve been a resident of this community for two years, and I genuinely love living here. My second year has been a significantly better experience than my first, and I truly believe the change in ownership and the partnership with Styl have made a positive difference. The staff feel much more genuine and authentic. The office team is amazing, and the maintenance staff is always prompt and consistently closes out requests in a very timely manner. READ BEFORE SIGNING! I've lived here for about a year and a half and between my boyfriend and I, we've had 7 car break-ins and countless packages stolen. Despite this being a major, ongoing problem, management still hasn’t installed any cameras in the garage… in downtown Austin… where we each pay $100 per month for what’s advertised as “secure parking.” For the price and location, the lack of basic security is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before signing a lease here.

The Arnold is a really great place to live in East Austin. The building is newer and well kept, and the amenities are a nice bonus without feeling over the top. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and laid out really well, and the common areas always look taken care of. We were especially nervous because we were moving from out of town and didn’t know Austin or the building yet, but the team made the whole process way easier than we expected. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful anytime we had questions. They helped us coordinate everything and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. For a long-distance move, the experience was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. We’re really happy we chose The Arnold and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to move to East Austin.
