The Blockyard

Living at The Blockyard has been such an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, the team has been nothing but kind, helpful, and welcoming. Adrian always has such a positive attitude — he truly goes above and beyond to help with anything that’s needed and make sure you are happy with your space. Elizabeth is also so kind and thoughtful; she made everything about moving in feel easy and exciting! Anytime I’ve had an issue, the maintenance team is quick to respond and always makes sure everything is taken care of. I also really love that the apartment community hosts fun events — it makes living here feel connected and like a true community, not just a place to live. I’m genuinely grateful to call The Blockyard home. The team here makes such a difference, and you can really feel that they care about the residents.

Amazing, responsive, and helpful crew here at the Blockyard! They are always willing to go the extra mile to be sure we, as residents, get what we need! Great amenities on site and an incredible location. Bars, coffee, restaurants, and nature all within walking distance.

I have lived at the blockyard for 2 months so far. I love the amenities and the area around. The staff is really nice and quick to solve any issues I have had. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking for a apartment downtown.
