I recently moved to Dallas and literally stumbled upon this gem of an apartment! This is one of the nicest mid luxury apartments have lived in! The amenities are amazing and they actually reflect appropriately in the rent paid. The neighborhood is super safe and has some pretty nice views! However, the star of the show is the front office staff! From Marissa doing everything in her power to make sure I have a smooth transition in ;to Austin always being available for silly questions! I’m super happy to finally be living in a community where the staff cares and reflect the luxuriousness of the property! 100% recommend!

I’ve lived here for 20 months and previously had a rave 5 star review of the Boheme and the management team. It’s unfortunate but I have to demote the complex and staff down 2 stars at this time. I will update when/if changes are made. The state of the building is not up to par to what it used to be. I feel like I’m living in a shelter yet I pay over $2500 a month to live here. Hallways reek of pee. Elevators are wet, sticky and gross every weekend. Main entrances from garage leak storm water when it rains. (See photos) Trash overflows on weekends and clogged trash chutes have caused them to be closed with all cleaning charges then passed on to residents in our monthly billing. (See photos) Tenants cannot truly enjoy the pool on the weekends. They don’t enforce the guest policy. The pool is often overridden with people that don’t live here. They bring glass, hookahs and trash and leave it in a total chaos state. Outdoor furniture has been damaged. I’ve reported parties past the 10pm pool closure. The garage entrance hasn’t been power washed in many months. It is so embarrassing to bring guests in this entrance. (Photos below) Random Vehicles regularly follow tenants into the gated garage. Minimal guest parking (5 spots) that you have to pay for. Street parking is tough and cars are broken into often. Security is also non existent - no one walks the property at nights and no one answers when you call the security phone line. It also takes about 10 minutes of ringing to leave an actual voicemail. I often get home from work events between 2-4AM (work in wedding/events industry) and have called multiple times for assistance with zero response. I’ve complained that the 6th floor garage is accessible to anyone that enters the gate, posing a major security flaw for months (see their duct tape job on door in photos). Complaints are ignored. Emails and voicemails go unanswered. I have to go in the leasing office during their hours to receive any kind of response. Blanket emails addressing the issues are then sent to all residents. Lack of communication is now the norm. Multiple complaints unanswered in resident portal (See photos). Management and communication used to be top notch here. Photos depict accurate state of building as of 7/24/25.

I've lived here for over a year now and can say, with confidence, it's been the most enjoyable experience! Any time I've needed anything from the management/maintenance team, they are on it! They care about helping you. Simon, leads the team with excellence and will hear you out/do what he can to address any/all types of issues that may arise concerning your apartment. I toured many apartments before moving and I think this is the best in the neighborhood! 🤗 Update 8/14/2025: I know there is no such thing as a perfect apartment building, but there has been such a decline in security, building cleanliness, and overall satisfaction with the way the building management handles complaints/concerns... I fear this really impacts the overall experience and the turnover for residents who have been here since the building opened, have left or are planning to leave. We are paying luxury pricing and receiving bare minimum. I don't have a pet, but I would not be impressed by its facilities because they are rarely cleaned. If I am on my way to the leasing building, I can smell the dog park from a mile away. This was never an issue with management before, because the pet areas WERE cleaned daily. I don't feel safe as a single woman living alone because the lack of security. I constant have people tailgating me into the garage. There was a time where a tow company was on top of removing unauthorized vehicles... not anymore. Don't even get me started on the pool... it is clearly overrun by visitors and not residents.
