Had been for almost 15 years. Applied for an emergency housing through the Houston housing authority 10 months later I chose to live at the villas at Eastwood since I moved here in the first couple of months they gave me to lease that were completely false. I disputed them and ask to see the surveillance that they say they have of me committing these offenses. Was told I was not allowed to see the footage and that there was nothing I could do the lease violations are already done. Since then. I got support animal, I got my friend on a Friday night. The office does not open until Monday. On Monday I got my paperwork from my doctor to support my service animal and went to the office Tuesday morning to make sure my service animal was registered. First thing I received the lease violation you're having unauthorized animal on property. This office will not accept and if you're not here when they drop off the package you probably will not get your. Did you know that you can go and rent a storage unit and the office will accept a package . This place they call home-home do that for you. Management here is not accessible Jamie leasing agent is a bully has threatened me several times with eviction making my stress level higher. Now they won't renew my lease. I don't have the money to move and I don't have anywhere to move to. They're using three bogus lease as their reason for not signing a Lease. I hope I can find someplace to move and be able to do so you do not want to live here roach infested drug addicts everywhere I do have good neighbors. Maintenance staff is very nice office personnel are rude. Washers and dryers don't work very well. So-called Business center is only open couple of hours once a week. Elevator gets stuck , several Gates on the property but you can only come in one . I see potential for a nice place to live. I asked that the owners replace the management the whole crew that means the Orion Group and take a Hands-On approach to straighten out the problems on this property. I am digging in further but it looks like they were given a lot of money to accept the vouchers to live here and now that they got that money they're trying to get rid of all that in other words reneging on their deal and discriminating against homeless people that need this housing. Again you don't want to move here.

I have lived at these Apts for almost 1 yr. In that time I have experienced the worst kind of discrimination. The leasing staff (Jamie) is rude & inconsiderate & likes to threaten you with homelessness to try to control you or get you to comply. They've treated me worse than when I lived on the streets homeless. Property is roach infested & when you go to complain they treat you like you're disgusting or infested with disease. Though I cause no problems I have been told I cannot renew my lease due to the leasing staff having personal issues with me. I've only had one right up my entire stay & yet I am perceived to be a problem 4 what reason I do not know. It's really sad that people who are trying to get their lives together have to face such behavior from the people who are suppose to help them. Can someone tell me who to report this behavior to that can do something about the way residents are treated here by security & leasing staff?
