The Enclave At 1550

Move in process easy, quick to respond to service requests, pool is nice and they have a wide variety of work out equipment. So far my experience has been very pleasant living in this community. I have a gorgeous view from my apartment balcony.

!!DO NOT MOVE-IN TO THIS DUMP!! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!! Yes move-in is easy and quick but with a cost.. your sanity! This place has an issue with roaches and that’s something that will NEVER get resolved from how far back these complaints go in these reviews. They will rent out an unavailable unit to you just to have it rented out . Very first night EVERYTHING revealed itself . 1.no hot water 2. Roach infestation 3.broken fridge (which we have heard other tenants have similar issues) 4.broken toilet Our first week we had TWO different people stop us in the elevator to warn us about break-in , stolen vehicles, being held at gun point in the parking garage, and etc .. the list goes on ! You don’t get a microwave with the unit until they feel like bringing you one . Request to fix it were put in the first week . It’s now 7 weeks in and NOTHING has been fixed. We want out !! Ironically of course they won’t let it happen . Roaches in the fridge!! In our food! Me and my partner have been sick for TWO weeks now and it all makes sense now.. we will be going to the ER tomorrow because HOW SICKENING! They will shrug it off like nothing because it’s not affecting them or their unit because surprisingly management lives in the building yet still slow to a solution! With that being said live here if you looking for a trap house ! You’ll go unnoticed forsure . Not to add to the fact that they’re just liars. Diana told us that the building used to be a hotel & when we asked heather she was very quick to say no AND THENN Diana agreed with her.

I recently moved into Enclave and had the pleasure of working with Diana on my lease. She is incredibly professional, personable, and delightful—not to mention she has the most astonishingly gorgeous eyes I have ever seen. Both Diana and Heather truly went above and beyond to understand my particular situation, making the application process smooth and efficient. In just a couple of days, everything was set, and moving in was an absolute breeze. The view from my balcony on the 20th floor is simply breathtaking! I already feel at home here—safe, comfortable, and with no issues whatsoever. Enclave is a fantastic place to live, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.
