Shout out to Ray in maintenance. Thanks for being so prompt and courteous with our request on 12/29. Appreciate it👍 We have just renewed our lease and couldn’t be happier to be spending another year here. The property is beautiful and the staff is awesome. You can’t beat the location. Less than a mile walk to downtown and a 1/2 mile or a 10 minute walk to The Pearl. Also, a 3-5 minute drive to 35 - I10 and 281. Also, I don’t normally comment on others posts but we can’t for the life of us understand how someone’s car gets broken into 11 times. Been here over a year and neither of us had our car broken into. Maybe leaving doors unlocked or leaving property in plane view. Also, GM got promoted not fired. Gates ( now with speed bumps) were hit by inpatient tenants. Not the fault of the property. And the water issue has been resolved. All good👍 As for places to go take your pick from the list😉 All within a 5 to 10 minute walk. Ray arrived the same day, was extremely professional, and fixed the issue quickly. He even wore shoe covers to keep my apartment clean and double-checked everything before leaving. It's a huge relief knowing the staff here is so responsive and actually cares about the residents!". Office staff was so friendly, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing place to live. Also worth mentioning, the amenities and grounds look amazing!!

I recently toured this apartment community and had such a great experience. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything I was looking for — but what really made the visit exceptional was Lauren. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Lauren was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered every question with patience, really understood what I was looking for, and made the whole process feel effortless. Her professionalism and genuine kindness truly stood out and made the tour so enjoyable. If you’re considering this community, I definitely recommend scheduling a visit — and if you can, ask for Lauren. She’s fantastic!
