The Hamilton

I am writing to share my wonderful experience at The Hamilton and specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by Christina. Christina has been truly outstanding; there are no words to describe how excellent she has been. She is incredibly kind and took the time to answer and explain every question I had. The location itself is beautiful and very convenient, as you can walk anywhere and enjoy a stunning view of the city. I would definitely recommend The Hamilton to anyone looking to relocate downtown for an affordable price, and I highly suggest working with Christina.

If downtown living had a crown, The Hamilton would wear it. I already live downtown and pass by this stunning building all the time — and every time, I can’t help but admire it. From the moment you walk in, it feels less like an apartment and more like a luxury boutique hotel — stunning lobby, top-tier amenities, and a fresh, clean scent that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff? Friendly, professional, and always ready to make life easier. Ashley is amazing at responding to emails and following up, which makes the process effortless. My lease is up in December, and I’m ready to put in my application as soon as an apartment opens up! Whether you’re sipping coffee in the lounge or unwinding at the pool, it’s the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Tour it once… you’ll want to stay forever.

Visited a friend here and was disappointed. The 4th floor carpet has multiple stains and has an unpleasant odor on that floor. Over heard a couple fighting and st 3 in the morning. Couldn't pin point where it was coming from to call for help for the lady that was crying. Cigarettes and weed smoke comes there the vents. Which is very unpleasant as a none smoker. Elevators are very slow. Front elevator recently broke down over the weekend.
