The Heron Museum District

This is the most beautiful apartment complex I’ve ever seen! Most of new Construction condominium complex complexes can’t touch this place! From wolf stoves to soft close drawers to marble countertops to LED lights with dimmers. Beautiful light fixtures, built-in desks, and built-in wine coolers! Beyond impressive! In addition to all of that, Savannah, the leasing agent is patient, kind and thorough!

First, I have to say that Savannah is the absolute best leasing agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Without her prompt responses, unbelievably accommodating service (virtual viewings, multiple appointments and apartments), and her professionalism and unwavering positive attitude, I would not be a resident at The Heron. Second, this apartment complex is absolutely beautiful and all amenities are top of the line (Wolf GAS range!! Free yoga! Giant pool! Gas fire pits! And more!!). Third, they run a tight ship with kind and friendly staff (who know your name!) and specific, enforced restrictions that make living here welcoming, peaceful, and just plain awesome.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Savannah has been such a great help with the move in process and is prompt with any questions we had. The Concierge are continuously doing their best and providing such good services for residents and guests. So far Aman has been a good help, but the rest of the team have been amazing! It feels like a really nice hotel and a homey residence at the same time. Amenities are top notch for residents. They offer pilates/yoga classes, scheduled movie nights, gym, pool, sky lounge etc etc! Everything is all brand new and appliances are premium. Neighbors are so welcoming. They really value safety here, so access to the building makes it hard for unverified guests, which is so important! The team here, especially Lindsey is so prompt with any concerns that you have. You’ll be glad to call this place your home!
