The Landmark

I have absolutely loved my time living at the Landmark since day one! It truly is a hidden gem right in the heart of New Braunfels, just a stone's throw from downtown and right next to the beautiful Landa Park. I can’t imagine having picked a better place—its incredible historic charm, combined with fantastic amenities, is simply unbeatable. The sense of community here is amazing; it all starts with the wonderful office staff who make this place feel so welcoming and close-knit. Updated Review – 5 Years In When my husband Clint & I chose to make New Braunfels our home, The Landmark checked all of our boxes - and five years later, it still does! Over the years, we’ve had the chance to experience different floor plans, and now, living on the 8th floor, we find ourselves overlooking the Comal River and Wurstfest grounds - it feels like being in the heart of everything New Braunfels is known for. Each unit has had its own character, with the variance in industrial design, beams, brick, and views - making every space feel unique and special. But what has really defined our time here isn’t just the views or the convenience…it’s the lifestyle and the community. Living here has given us a front-row seat to downtown life: strolling to restaurants, craft cocktails, boutiques, and river activities, all while having a true sense of “neighborhood” inside the building itself. The friendships we’ve made here are unlike anywhere else we’ve lived. The energy of the lofts is welcoming, fun, and connected - whether it’s spontaneous happy hours on the river terrace, sporting event watch parties, or just catching up in the lobby. Clint & I also want to give special recognition to the leasing office team. The ladies there have become more than just a staff we see in passing - they are genuinely invested in our experience, know us by name, and over the years have truly become friends where inside jokes and fun banter are the norm. (and they never judge how many Dr. Peppers I take from the resident mini-bar ha!) Their care, kindness, and commitment make The Landmark feel like home in a way that goes far beyond the four walls of an apartment. :) After five years, we can wholeheartedly say this isn’t just a place to live - it’s a lifestyle. The Landmark has become part of our story here in New Braunfels, and we couldn’t imagine a better home base in the heart of Hill Country.

I lived at The Landmark for over a year and loved it! Such a unique and historic building. The staff are amazing and I never had an issue with anything. Great neighbors as well. Location right on the Comal can’t be beat. Will really miss this place ❤️
