The McAdams Memorial City

The staff at McAdams have gone above and beyond to make our transition to apartment living go smoothly. Chris, our leasing consultant, reprinted my parking permits multiple times as I had to transition from out of state. Winta, our concierge, helped me book a quiet workspace when I needed an alternate place to work. Alvin answered numerous questions with grace and provided valuable advice. Overall, the apartment we picked is lovely, but its the people that have made McAdams feel like home.

There's nothing I can do remotely. I have to check the battery level of the front door lock by listening to the sound it makes, and then manually request a replacement. There is no feature to open the door remotely for guests. When a guest arrives, I have to go down to the first floor, ride with them in their car, watch them park on the rooftop, and then we can go inside. Everything is analog. Other than that, everything is great.

This review is specifically for Chris Curtis. From the moment we first toured the McAdams, Chris was an absolute gem. He was so kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. We’re truly grateful to have had him guiding us. In fact, Chris was the reason we ultimately decided to live here instead of choosing our other option. During the process, I was dealing with an injury, and Chris did everything he could to accommodate me, which meant the world to us. On top of that, his sense of humor is unmatched—he had us laughing throughout! Chris, we can’t thank you enough. Your kindness and dedication made all the difference. We are so appreciative of you!
