Just wanna say thank you Celena!! I know everyone sees A mix of reviews here, but Kristy’s team is awesome! Celena went above and beyond for me and got me a nice apartment perfectly under my budget. Very friendly staff and I see a lot of the residents here feel at home, which is a very good sign. Don’t hesitate to stop by and get yourself A great priced apartment! Glad I found my new home and feel very comfortable Thank you guys. Once again you guys are all awesome. ♥️🙏🏼

These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in!! Do not fall for the pictures you see on the internet the pool here looks horrible there’s algae all on the walls & floors of the pool & that is all year round. I have not stepped a foot in the pool since I’ve lived here. I have had constant issues with my AC & Hot Water in my apartment. I currently have been without hot water for 3 weeks I’ve spoken to the property manager, assistant manager & the regional manager Kristie which was the worst of all!!! The assistant manager assured me there would be plumbers on site to fix my hot water on 8/01 & it has not been fixed. I have submitted two separate work orders pertaining to my hot water issue that have been mark completed but nothing has been done. First work order was submitted on 07/21 today is 08/08. The regional manager was extremely rude when I asked her about my hot water issue she said “It’s not like we’re not doing anything” & “ it’s not like we don’t care” which you could imagine made me very upset since it’s been three weeks since my hot water has been out & I have not gotten any update! So when I gave her the same attitude back she said “I’m hanging up now” & hung up on me! Super unprofessional & insensitive to my situation. On top of that there have been apartments with the doors left open while vacant which is very unsafe. There is also trash all over the property including a pile of trash right outside my front door from the apartment across from me which I have called the front office about & of course they haven’t done anything about it. I get emails about 10 times a month that they are shutting off the water to the property due to repairs. At this point it seems to be that these apartments are not livable & if that is the case they need to shut down immediately! If anyone reading this review knows who I can call to get assistance please let me know! Because this is not ok!

I have been here for almost 2 years and since I moved in broken promises go fix my apartment I moved in with holes under the sinks none of the doors lock The appliances are different colors. The kitchen cabinets don’t have doors and my biggest thing right now every time it’s cold there’s no hot water done half of November and all of December. I have not had hot water and I have asked for the new manager, Jennifer to come with updates on fixing the furnace. Nothing. But they text me about the rent and when I ask about the water nothing I pay the rent to NOT live here. Please don’t let the pictures fool you they don’t care about you just your money even when I asked to be moved they told me I couldn’t I’m so depressed and sad living here
