The Museum Tower

UNPROFESSIONAL AND OVERPRICED: DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have lived here for almost 2 years. I have only positive things to say about my fellow residents and the staff at concierge. However, my constant battle with management/ property manager and maintenance over the last 2 years over AC issues have been tiring to say the least. I went from being told my AC will be replaced after a tech came and inspected to being told that i have to be ok with my apartment blinds being closed all day with the temperature being above 70 in the day time to being told that 72 is in the comfortable temperature range for living in the middle of Houston’s long summers… Nowhere in the lease does it say that i will be paying about 3k every month to live and sleep uncomfortably for over a year. Nor does it say my apartment should be at a certain temperature. Management were poor with helping me come to a resolution with this problem. I am still waiting for them to reply to my email. It has been about 2 weeks and I have emailed them with no response 4 times. Very rude and unprofessional to treat a resident of 2 years like this. You can easily find similar places to live for cheaper and probably with better management who will actually reply to you and resolve issues after a year or complaining.

We went touring here this past weekend. Hillary was an amazing tour guide. The property was gorgeous, clean and quiet. We were blown away! Thank you, Hillary!

I've been living here for over 15 years. The building has had its ups and downs, but the concierge staff have always been stellar!!! They don't have a frequent staff turnover like so many other buildings. The staff have been here for years. I feel safe, which is a big plus in a home.
