As someone who has been here for around 3 months. These are the pros and cons of this apartment complex. Pros: - Clean hallways - Good safety measures taken by the staff. - Good parking. (I never had my wheels stolen so far) - Good views of Downtown and good location. - Quick fixes to any issues on your apartment. - Decent amenities (pool, gym, dog area, guest rooms) Cons: - Fire alarms go off at least once a week (even at 3am) - Loud cars and music EVERY SINGLE DAY. If you are the type of person to wake up with any sound, do not move here. - Bad noise isolation in general (street noise and upstairs neighbor noise) - Deliveries locker is in the lobby of the building (1st floor), which can be accessed by literally anyone walking on the street. If you go down at 11pm, you could easily find a homeless just sitting in the lobby. Keep in mind this "lobby" does not have anyone watching it, as the lease office is on the 6th floor. EDIT: Forgot to mention that the WIFI connection is beyond horrible. Use Ethernet if you can.

I recently moved out and really enjoyed my time living here. I never had any complaints during my stay. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Before moving in, I was a little concerned about break-ins since it’s near Washington Ave, but I always felt safe. Even when the gate had occasional issues, I never worried about my safety or my car thanks to the nighttime security guard. Overall, this is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to others. The only challenge I experienced was with some residents not driving properly in the parking garage (going against the one-way or not using the mirrors). However, this is more of a resident behavior issue than a reflection of the management or the community itself.

Had to come on and share a few things that are quite troublesome. The alarm system in the building is connected with the businesses on the ground floor therefore it triggers the entire building. There has NEVER been a fire on the property but multiple times a week it goes off because of smoke from restaurants. Restaurants that are open until 4 am. (Don't know why they are open until 4, they are always empty.) Imagine working and being a student, finally get to bed, suffering from insomnia then finally getting to sleep for an industrial style fire alarm to go off above your head in the tiny space. Then on top of that there is a mold , mildew and moisture problem. I run a dehumidifier 24/7 to keep it comfortable in the space. I can hear dripping in the walls, not the pipes, in the walls as I hear the water running in the pipes. The building lost power while I was out, my dehumidifier went off when I returned I immediately turned it on. Couple of days later I reopen a container of oatmeal and found mold inside. I have to keep everything inside a glass air tight container, fridge or freezer.
