Our experience at The Westheimer Apartments has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, the management team has been professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making this feel like home. Special thanks to Aziza Ireland, who truly goes above and beyond — her responsiveness, flexibility, and personal touch made a huge difference for us. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and efficiently, often faster than expected. The building and common areas were consistently well-maintained, and any concerns we had were addressed with care and urgency. The entire process — from request handling to day-to-day interactions — felt seamless and resident-focused. What really stood out was the sense of relationship and trust built with the management team. You don’t feel like just another unit number here — you feel heard and valued. That’s rare and deeply appreciated. We’re genuinely sad to be moving on and will miss this community and the people who made our time here so positive. We highly recommend The Westheimer Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed, responsive, and welcoming place to live.

I’ve been living here almost 2 years now and I want to say how i absolutely love this place. I just got back from a long vacation and was immediately greeted by Megan when I walked in. It felt so great to be welcomed back cause honestly I missed this place. (The new coffee machine is also an exciting surprise to see). Also, dog owners—- I have a big boy and these apartments have such a large dedicated dog area. They recently added 2 separate gated spots to let them play off leash. It’s been so helpful for dogs to become friends & such a game changer when living in the loop and wanting to let em off the leash. Thank you Megan, Aziza and Ariel for always being so kind and attentive cause its what makes this place so comforting. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in.

Aziza Ireland is awesome! She is always very helpful! She’s not just a leasing professional she goes above and beyond, by making sure I have everything I need at all times, whether it’s packages or renter’s insurance. She will call and stay on the phone with the people and make sure everything is perfect. She always looks out for my best interest so no one will get over on me. She’s there to comfort me when I have my meltdowns and she is very special to me. She know most residents by name and addresses them everytime the pass by. She’s great!
