I recently toured the property and had the absolute pleasure of working with Ximena as my leasing agent. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and tailored the tour to meet my needs. Ximena was thorough in explaining all the features of the community, amenities, and the leasing process, making everything feel clear and straightforward. What really stood out was her genuine enthusiasm and professionalism she made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions (even the small ones) gave me a lot of confidence in the property and management team. If you’re considering leasing here, I highly recommend asking for Ximena she truly goes above and beyond!

If you are an apartment locator, do not send your clients here! They do not pay vendors or locators. Although, they say they do. It is absolutely not true. My client moved in at the beginning of March. I sent ALL necessary documents by April. They used a third party to handle said documents. I received zero response until JUNE. Apparently my check was “mailed” at the end of June to this third party. However, this particular third party company no longer exists. I reached out again in July and August to find out that the check was “mailed” and then cashed by an unknown party. I was told by Vibe on Riverside that since they mailed my check it was no longer in their hands and that I needed to reach out to this third party company. WHICH NO LONGER EXSISTS. They have no phone number, app, or even email. My commission check was stolen and they provided no resolution. 0/10 I do not recommend as a locator working with them.
