I lived at Victor Prosper’s second phase for 4 years & am happy to say I’m now living at the new phase. Andres continues to do a wonderful job in his role! The staff is attentive, kind & receptive. They helped me with an issue with my neighbor & treated me with respect while doing so.

Most importantly, I feel a genuine sense of safety and peace each time I return home, which is invaluable. A key factor in my decision to choose this property over a very close competitor was the exceptional service I received from Raquel in the front office. Her warmth, professionalism, and generosity set a new standard in leasing experiences. In all my years of renting, I have never encountered a leasing agent as friendly and accommodating as Raquel. Despite only one elevator working on move-in day, I had an absolutely great experience moving into my new apartment — and that’s thanks to the outstanding team at the leasing office. From the very beginning, Carlos my leasing agent made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and was always quick to respond, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the leasing journey. On move-in day, Ellia went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful in managing all the logistics — even assisting with an issue I had with my car. Her support turned what could have been a frustrating day into a seamless one! Carlos and Ellia’s teamwork, communication, and attention to detail really stood out. They were not only responsive to my requests, but also truly receptive and supportive throughout the process. Let's be honest moving days are often long and stressful. The maintenance team was also fantastic — they responded quickly to my work orders and even helped me figure out how to use my thermostat (lol). Friendly and efficient, which I really appreciated during my first few days. I’m excited to be living here and incredibly thankful for the warm welcome I received.
