Villas Del San Xavier

My wife and I moved here in March of 2024 and we have been totally satisfied with the office staff, the maintenance people and all the animities and events they have for us. We've made a few new friends and plan on staying here permanently.

Best decision I've made. I love the atmosphere here, very quite and peaceful. Neighbors or awesome!! The office management and there staff are awesome. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

I am close to my 2nd year here. I am pleased to say I have seen the team in the office, change, adjust & adapt to make activities for the residents. Rick will always listen to you & consider your opinion. Merry Christmas! Kudos to the manager, Rick.
