Vintage Pads

I lived at Vintage Pads from August 2024 to May 2025, and it was hands down the worst experience of my life. The apartment was disgusting, maintenance was non-existent, and the staff were beyond rude—truly some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. I moved out in May, and months later they still haven’t returned my security deposit. I’ve called and emailed over and over, only to be fed the same pathetic excuse: “We’ll get back to you by the end of the day.” Spoiler alert—they never do. This place is a scam, run by people who clearly don’t care about tenants, only about taking their money. Save yourself the misery and stay far, far away from Vintage Pads.

Currently live here. Maintenance is great and always get things done in a timely fashion. The office crew is welcoming… especially Lilith. She truly gets stuff done and is very understanding. The apartment itself is nice. I have plenty of space in my two bedroom. Appliances work as they should. A plus side to living at vintage is free WiFi, no breed restrictions, pool, allocated water bill, and laundry unit. My family truly takes advantage of the pool. What’s better than an 8 ft inground pool? DEEPEST pool in San Marcos. Location is great. It’s 2 minutes from Texas state and 8 minutes from HEB. I recommend if you’re looking for a place to live it be here. I moved here from CT a year ago and this is the place I chose and i just renewed my lease!

Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else. These people are a bunch of scammers. I moved out over 6 months ago and still haven’t received my deposit, they just keep telling me it’ll get sent later. They are illegally withholding mine and others who have moved out as well deposits as well.
