I went on a tour today with the community manager Robert. He was so professional and informative 10/10 experience. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area the amenities are so beautiful!!

I wanted to take the time to really thank the young man in the leasing office, I believe his name is Robert. This time of year has always been difficult for me mentally and physically. I came in to the office this morning to deliver a package to a customer and unknowingly I wasn’t smiling and may have just looked drained. Robert approached and first asked if I needed help, I’m not sure what my response was but he gave me a warm smile and said something like it’s the holidays where’s your cheer (we both laughed) and he proceeded to just talk to me and reassured me that things would get better and asked me if I wanted coffee. This may seem small to others but to me he checked on me and asked what I needed to put a smile on!!! I haven’t smiled or laughed in months. When I got to my car I broke down in tears because his kind gesture and warm smile moved me so much. I’m always a happy person and lately I’ve been down. I ended up looking up the address just to call and tell him thank you for your compassion, you really made my day and I want him to keep that attitude and that compassion and will to help others. We moved in August this year and had a great experience from the beginning. Ms. Alexandra the assistant community manager ,was very helpful with navigating the property and troubleshooting with the website and payments. She was also very helpful when I had to have the maintenance come and take care of my bathroom sink. She followed up with the team and maintenance was quick to react to my work order needs. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and communication has been wonderful. Thank you for everything Alexandra
