I had a great experience touring Zoey Apartments! Joe did an amazing job showing me around the property. The location is in a prime spot, close to everything you could need, and the property itself is beautiful and well-maintained. On top of that, the entire staff was welcoming and professional, which really made a strong first impression. Highly recommend checking this community out!

I’ve been living at the Zoey Apartments for just about 2 years now and I can’t be happier😊 The assistant manager Tyler is professional and kind! From day one, he has gone above and beyond for this community. His positive attitude makes every interaction pleasant—no matter how busy or stressful things get, he’s always patient, professional, and ready to help. You can tell he truly cares about the residents and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. We appreciate everything he does for us. My experience here has been nothing less than amazing! It’s very quiet and clean plus the amenities are to die for. I love going to the rooftop to read and enjoy the view. The community is great and all of the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming! If you’re searching for your next residence, I would definitely recommend stopping by here for a tour it’s well worth it!

I've been living at The Zoey Apartments for a year now, and it's been the best experience I've had in any apartment so far. One of my favorite features is the beautiful rooftop, which I use daily to eat dinner and watch the sunset with friends. The community here is strong, with plenty of events ranging from scavenger hunts to pool parties. Even though I don't own a dog, I love seeing all the puppies around—there are so many dog owners here! Maintenance is quick and efficient, addressing issues promptly, which is a huge plus. The recent addition of a ping pong table and a shuffleboard table was a sweet surprise and adds even more to the communal vibe. However, I do have a couple of suggestions: I wish the pool had a volleyball net and was open later, and the same goes for the rooftop. Extending the hours until at least 11:00 p.m. would be fantastic. It would also be amazing if the management could add a pop-up projector screen for occasional movie nights—that would take things to the next level. The apartment floor plans are cozy, with plenty of cabinet space, which I appreciate. When I first moved in, the security was a bit of a concern, but over the past several months, they've made significant improvements, and I feel much more secure now. Overall, The Zoey has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wholesome and comfortable place to live.
